Dr. Hazal Algan Canseven

Hazal Algan graduated from Cağaloğlu Anatolian High School as the “Top Student” and obtained her bachelor’s degree from Istanbul Bilgi University Law School as the “Second Ranking” student in 2014. She also attended Maastricht University and studied Human Rights as a visiting student. She obtained her master’s degree from Graduate School of Social Sciences Public Law Department of Istanbul University with her thesis entitled “Crime of Trafficking in Organs and Tissues in the Turkish Penal Code“. She is pursuing her Ph.D. studies in the public law deparment of Istanbul University. Hazal has also been a founder of a boutique “criminal law” firm. Her practice covers general criminal law, banking criminal law, medical law, economic criminal law, juvenile criminal law, fiscal criminal law, human rights law and international criminal law.
