Dr. Paslı is a corporate and commercial lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar. He graduated from Istanbul University Law School in 1999 as the “Top Student” and obtained his master’s degree, PhD and associate professorship degrees from the same school. He has also been lecturing at the Istanbul University Law School since 2000. Dr. Paslı has been acting as an expert witness to ICC and Turkish courts for almost 20 years. He has key expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial disputes, compliance, competition law, capital markets law and intellectual property law. Dr. Paslı is the author of the first “compliance” article and the first “corporate governance” book in Turkey. He has four published books two of which have won reputable law awards.
